Focus Pack.


  1. Kill sugar and flour intake.
  2. Eat lots of leafy greens and water.
  3. Workout very intensely 3 times a week or more.  
  4. Meditate on breath for 5 minutes or for 200 breaths.
  5. Adderall very light dose so it doesn’t cause anxiety.
  6. Do something actually related to your life purpose.
