- Kill sugar and flour intake.
- Eat lots of leafy greens and water.
- Workout very intensely 3 times a week or more.
- Meditate on breath for 5 minutes or for 200 breaths.
- Adderall very light dose so it doesn’t cause anxiety.
- Do something actually related to your life purpose.

I went on a retreat this year the weekend before Easter with my church to go through the process of taking inventory of my sin and repenting of it. My prayer life is stronger than ever now because there is no longer that wall of unrepented sin blocking Him from hearing me.
