Crap Company Alert: Travel Reaction

I tried signing up for their service. The first 3 days my web login was broken, and then they had the audacity to not honor their return policy on day 4. (they have a 3 day grace period when you sign up which means their used to customers cancelling as soon as they find out it's useless).
I would link to their site, but I don't want to accidentally improve their rank in Google searches.
